Turned 23 buildings to management in 6 months, completeing the project on time and well within budget. HallMark were all 200 to 300 unit apartments.

Summit Contractors lnc.-(1997 To 1998)—Held the Superintendent’s position, supervising subcontractors on a 324 apartment community project. My duties included getting rough and final inspections from the county, turning the unit over on time to the owners, as well as solving the everyday problems that come up. I took the project from Building one to Building twenty four,(24 in all), turning one a week turn key. The project was built out in 419 days.

Moor’s Remodeling Inc. .(1990 to 1997)— Owner of the business; Remodeling homes with work including anything from painting houses to adding large additions. The biggest one to date; a 1700 square foot basement addition with tray ceilings, entertainment room and excercise room. I utilized all trades and supervised their work.
Landmark Builders .-(1986 to 1990)—Custom builder, building homes from the 2000 to 5000 square foot range. Scheduling all subcontractors to bring in the homes on- time and within budget. I developed 50 acres into a 75 homes community.
Pinnacle Construction Co.-(1982 to 1986)—I started as a punch-out carpenter and helped with scheduling subs; progressing to an assistant superintendent to superintendent,
developing track housing;building 70 to 90 homes per year. a*Learned the process of budgeting, doing take-offs,planning,and scheduling.
General Motors-Hvdromatic-(1976 to 1982)—Machined parts for the transmission of GM cars, progressing to a machine repairman and then being promoted to a foreman over a 15 person department.
Cleary College -(1974 to 1976)—Pursued a Degree in Business Administration while working odd jobs in the construction field. Earned a 3.0 average.
